The airport itself is a different story — nobody's waiting for you at arrivals. From Guam International to the Tumon Main Office runs about 1.8 miles (2.8km), which a taxi covers in roughly 10 minutes for somewhere around $20. A tip of about 10% is the going rate.

Hang onto that taxi receipt, though — show it when you settle your bill and $15 comes off the rental. No receipt, no discount, and it won't stack with anything else running at the same time.

Heading the other direction at the end of your trip costs nothing — we'll drop you at the airport free of charge.
