Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

CDW only covers Car to Car Collision.
Payment of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) limited to $50,000(Deductible: $1,000).

• This insurance is an option waiver for Renter to waive the charges of damage to the vehicle made during rental period limit of the full replacement value per accident. However, the first $1,000 in damage is renter's responsible.

Zero Deductible Waiver (ZDW)

Payment of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) deductible ($1,000) is exempted. The CDW is additional compensation.

Non Operation Charge Waiver (NOC)

This exempts drivers from being billed for business losses incurred by an accident (if rentable: $250, if not rentable: $400).

In case of accident or damage, we cannot rent out the car during the repair and Rent A Car Company will loss the income. Renter is responsible to insure income of Rent A Car Company during the vehicle is in shop.

In the case of an accident, no matter who is at fault, you will be charged a legal processing fee of $150.

Exclusion of Insurance

*Regardless of who is at fault

1. Reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, utilizing moble phone and all other gadgets and racing
2. Damaged, cracked,bashed windows
3. Burglary, car theft, vandalism and stolen items in the car
4. Damage occurred by unauthorized drivers
5. All types of violation ticket plus $100 company service fee
6. $150 service fee will apply to any new damage regardless of the size
7. Towing fee
8. Hit and Run
9. Rent a car company will not be responsible for any bashed window(s), car break ins and vandalism
10. After the accident, there were no police reports for more than 24 hours
11. Damage to the car rental caused by earthquake, tsunami, typhoon and all other natural calamities will not be covered
