Booking just before you land in Guam is fine. So is booking after you have already arrived.
A confirmation email arrives once the booking is set. Show that screen at the counter — no need to print anything.
Driver's License and Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners), Passport
*A valid driver's license from your country is all you need.
*A licensed driver age 18 years or older may drive.
*Passport of the driver and passport of the credit card holder must also be added on the REQUIREMENT.
Please pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners) onsite in Guam.
Cash, debit cards, prepaid cards and travelers checks will not be accepted.
*A $100 refundable Security Deposit is collected and held on your credit card when you pick up a vehicle. This deposit is returned when the rental ends and the vehicle is confirmed to be undamaged.

On arrival
There is no pick-up service, so please come by taxi.
From Guam Airport to the Tumon Main Office, it is about 1.8miles (about 2.8km). The taxi fare is about $20. It is a good manner to tip about 10%.

Once a taxi receipt is received, you will receive a $15 discount from the rental car price at the time of the rental car payment.
*If there is no receipt, you cannot discount it.
*It cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Renting a Car from Guam Airport
There is no handling fee for canceling the reservation.
Plans changed? Cancel from the confirmation and cancellation page. Nothing is charged.
To change the details, cancel once and book again — that is confirmed on the spot as well.
We rent out our cars with a full tank of gas so we ask that you return it with a full tank.
If the tank isn't full upon return, we will invoice you according to the conversion table determined by our company.
Some of our customers have pet allergies, so as a rule, we refuse to allow pets to ride in our cars. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Stop at any gas station near the office and fill the tank before you drop the car off.
