RENTAL GUIDE
From booking to pickup
Book on this website or by phone at 648-2886.
A confirmation email arrives once the booking is set. Show that screen at the counter — no need to print anything.
You can book before you leave home or after you have already arrived in Guam.
Driver's License and Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners), Passport
*No International Driving Permit needed with a license from Japan, Korea, Taiwan or another country Guam recognizes — valid for 30 days after you land (90 for U.S. licenses).
*A licensed driver age 18 years or older may drive.
*Passport of the driver and passport of the credit card holder must also be added on the REQUIREMENT.
Please pay with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners) onsite in Guam.
Cash, debit cards, prepaid cards and travelers checks will not be accepted.
*A $100 refundable Security Deposit is collected and held on your credit card when you pick up a vehicle. This deposit is returned when the rental ends and the vehicle is confirmed to be undamaged.

*Note: the following hotels offer free shuttle bus service. Leo Palace Resort: Bound for Guam Plaza Resort & Spa; Starts Guam Resort: Bound for The Reef Hotel.
On arrival
There is no pick-up service, so please come by taxi.
From Guam Airport to the Tumon Main Office, it is about 1.8miles (about 2.8km). The taxi fare is about $20. It is a good manner to tip about 10%.

Once a taxi receipt is received, you will receive a $15 discount from the rental car price at the time of the rental car payment.
*If there is no receipt, you cannot discount it.
*It cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
On departure
Free service from Main Office to Guam Airport or your hotel.
Renting a Car from Guam Airport
Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before pickup.
If your plans change, you can change or cancel the booking from the reservation page.
We rent out our cars with a full tank of gas so we ask that you return it with a full tank.
If the tank isn't full upon return, we will invoice you according to the conversion table determined by our company.
Some of our customers have pet allergies, so as a rule, we refuse to allow pets to ride in our cars. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Stop at any gas station near the office and fill the tank before you drop the car off.
Gas stations in Guam are self-service. If it is your first time, we have put together a short guide to the steps.
